A good fit if
Sound familiar?
“Checkout is slow or confusing and you can see it in the abandonment numbers.”
“Search returns nothing for ‘warm jacket for hiking’ and shoppers leave.”
“Orders have to reach an ERP, a 3PL, a CRM or an accounting system, and the current plugin stack is held together with hope.”
“A theme or plugin update broke something again, and nobody knows what.”
What I do
The work
Store builds and rebuilds
New WooCommerce stores on a block theme, or rebuilds of stores that grew by accident. Catalog, attributes, variations, taxes and shipping set up correctly the first time.
Checkout and conversion
Block checkout, express payments, address autocomplete, fewer fields, clear errors. Measured before and after.
Search and discovery
Semantic search, filters and merchandising that match how people describe products, not how your catalog names them. I built AI Search for exactly this.
Integrations
ERP, inventory, 3PL, email and CRM syncs built as proper plugins with queues, retries and logs, not cron jobs that silently fail.
Performance and scale
Stores with 50k products and sale-day traffic: object cache, query tuning, image pipeline, edge caching that respects carts and sessions.
How it works
From first call to shipped work
Store review, one week
Analytics, checkout funnel, plugin inventory, performance baseline. A written list of what to fix, in order, with prices.
Build
Fixed-price work in sprints on a staging copy of your store, with real orders tested end to end.
Launch and support
Deployed in a low-traffic window, monitored, with a support arrangement if you want one.
Fixes ship in days; a full store build takes six to ten weeks. Fixed price for defined work, hourly for ongoing engineering. How I work with US teams.
Proof
“Samuel was fantastic, very responsive, even over a weekend and across opposite time zones. He has helped me manage all issues within the project, answering any and all of my questions. Would definitely recommend.”

Questions
Questions I get on the first call
Do you work with Shopify too?
Yes, for integrations, headless builds and migrations in either direction. For the storefront itself I am strongest in WooCommerce.
Can you take over a store another developer built?
That is most of my work. I start with a review so you know what you have, then fix in priority order. You get documentation for every change.
How do you handle sales and peak traffic?
Load testing on staging, caching that respects logged-in and cart states, database tuning and a plan for the day itself. I run WordPress at scale professionally and have done this for stores many times.
What does it cost?
A store review is a small fixed fee. Individual fixes are quoted up front. Store builds typically run in the low to mid five figures in USD depending on catalog and integrations.
