Before
After booking you get a confirmation. Reply with a line about the project and a URL if there is one.
On the call
You talk to me, the engineer. We go through the problem, the constraints and the options.
After
Within one business day: a short written summary with scope, approach and a cost range.
I’m in Portugal (Lisbon time). 9:00–18:00 here is 4:00–13:00 ET, 1:00–10:00 PT.
