Privacy policy

This site is run by Samuel Silva, Portugal (hello@samuelsilva.pt). This policy explains what personal data is collected, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

Data collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, company or website and your message, only to reply to you. The booking page uses a third-party scheduler, which processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy. Server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security.

Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). No marketing emails; no sale of data.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Correspondence related to a contract is kept for the duration required by Portuguese tax law.

Processors

Hosting provider, email provider and the scheduling service, each bound by data-processing terms.

Cookies and analytics

Only technically necessary cookies and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics without cross-site tracking.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to hello@samuelsilva.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
